Akpa (Igbo: "bag") is a modular tote designed for movement.

Crafted from washable cellulose fibre, it balances utility with quiet refinement. Lightweight yet durable, the bag is designed to accompany everyday routines, travel, work, and the gradual accumulation of objects that matter.

Its structured form is softened by the character of the material itself. Over time, the surface develops a lived-in quality unique to each owner, carrying the marks of use, movement, and experience.

Akpa is defined by a permanent body colour and an interchangeable strap system, allowing the object to evolve through personal preference rather than replacement.

Inside, an indigo-dyed Funtua lining brings depth and order, while an internal pocket keeps essentials close. The inner zip is finished with a hand-rolled paper bead tassel, a quiet Udiri signature.

The inner flap reveals Aya™ and Rogo™ surface patterns, placed where only you might notice.
